Like pearls, many children's stories begin in hard places.

Children impacted by trauma, foster care and adoption experience unique challenges in their brains, bodies, beliefs and behaviors.

Caregivers come to us feeling alone, overwhelmed & at a loss on how to help their children heal.

Traditional parenting not only doesn't work, it often makes things worse.

We throw a lifeline to these families.

  • TBRI stands for Trust-Based Relational Intervention. This attachment-rich intervention is designed to meet the unique needs of children who have experienced trauma.

Connection is the heart of TBRI. When children feel safe and know they have a voice, their survival behaviors: including lying, stealing and anger outbursts, are diminished.

When TBRI is applied, caregivers spend less time stressfully putting out fires and more time joyfully engaging their children. As a result, these children who desperately needed a sense of self worth, begin to discover their value. To learn more: click here.

  • We encourage you to attend our park play date meet-ups, attend a training or set up an appointment with one of our skilled TBRI® Practitioners. To learn more: click here.
